What’s included in the charter price?
The charter price includes:
- The yacht for the selected duration
- One price for the whole group, not per person
- Captain and crew
- On most charters: 24 waters, 24 soft drinks and 24 beers
- A cooler with ice
What’s not included in the charter price?
In most of our charters, the following are not included:
- Dock or marina fees, which are paid in cash at the marina
- Gratuity for the crew
- Transportation to the marina
Transportation can be arranged on request, depending on availability.
What happens in bad weather?
If the captain, operator, marina or port authority determines that the charter cannot operate safely or legally because of unsafe weather or an official restriction, we offer rescheduling or the applicable refund. If the charter is cleared to operate and a guest chooses not to attend for personal reasons, the selected yacht’s normal cancellation policy applies.
How does the booking process work?
Bookings are handled personally through WhatsApp or email so your experience can be arranged around your group and preferences.
Once all details are confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link for the deposit. The remaining balance is then paid on board.
Where does the yacht depart from?
Our featured promotion yacht, Captain Jack, departs from Marina del Este in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.
Most of our other yachts also depart from marinas in the Hotel Zone. The exact marina location will always be confirmed depending on the boat you choose.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the yacht selected. The applicable yacht-specific terms are shown and accepted before the deposit is paid, and an accepted booking is not silently moved to a newer, less favorable policy.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. The only exceptions are red wine, red juices, and red fruits, as these are not allowed on the yacht.
How many hours should we book for Isla Mujeres?
Four hours suits a shorter private cruise with swimming time. Six hours gives most groups more time around Isla Mujeres and Playa Norte, while eight hours offers the most relaxed pace. The final route depends on the selected yacht, departure marina, sea conditions and your priorities.
Is the yacht price per person?
No. The displayed charter rate is for the entire yacht for the included group size and selected duration. Any extra-person, marina or optional add-on charges are shown separately before booking.
Can our private yacht stop at Playa Norte?
Playa Norte can be part of an Isla Mujeres charter when the selected duration, route, weather and captain’s safety assessment allow it. Confirm your preferred stop when requesting availability so the team can recommend the right yacht and duration.
