What’s included in the charter price?
The charter price includes:
- The yacht for the selected duration
- One price for the whole group, not per person
- Captain and crew
- On most charters: 24 waters, 24 soft drinks and 24 beers
- A cooler with ice
What’s not included in the charter price?
In most of our charters, the following are not included:
- Dock or marina fees, which are paid in cash at the marina
- Gratuity for the crew
- Transportation to the marina
Transportation can be arranged on request, depending on availability.
What happens in bad weather?
If weather conditions are unsafe or uncertain, your charter can usually be moved to another available date with no problem.
Depending on the selected charter and its cancellation terms, cancellation may also be possible.
How does the booking process work?
Bookings are handled personally through WhatsApp or email so your experience can be arranged around your group and preferences.
Once all details are confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link for the deposit. The remaining balance is then paid on board.
Where does the yacht depart from?
Our featured promotion yacht, Captain Jack, departs from Marina del Este in Cancun’s Hotel Zone.
Most of our other yachts also depart from marinas in the Hotel Zone. The exact marina location will always be confirmed depending on the boat you choose.
What is your cancellation policy?
To keep the booking process flexible and customer-friendly, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your charter date.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks on board. The only exceptions are red wine, red juices, and red fruits, as these are not allowed on the yacht.
